I recently spent the day photographing this lovely I recently spent the day photographing this lovely group of women at @thefitnessstudio_esher . They were all at different stages of their fitness journeys, and I left feeling genuinely inspired. What stood out to me was what Anna and the team at The Fitness Studio have created. It’s so much more than a women-only gym – it’s a welcoming, supportive space where women at every stage of their fitness journey can feel strong, capable and completely themselves. These photographs absolutely show how fabulous these women look, but they also capture something deeper. They reflect the confidence they’ve built and the pride they deserve to feel in everything they’ve achieved. Thank you to everyone who stepped outside their comfort zone and in front of my camera.
